I think pasteurizing is important. I know many people love raw milk but I don’t know much about it. We buy organic and hope for the best! So delicious.

I thought 48 hours was pretty fast! I’ve been researching raw milk, and I might write a post on it. I also know some people who drink it, but in my opinion it’s not worth the risk. Organic milk is good!
