Skiing Lessons

One of Mama Kat’s vlogging prompts for today is:

1.) Share an activity you’ve enjoyed with your family this winter.

Back in January, we went skiing in Wisconsin. While I may have not actually put on skis this winter, I really enjoyed watching Lily and Emmy learn how to ski!

  1. Well, if you ever need company in the Lodge, this Florida girl will bring you lots of cocoa. With marshmallows! I have never ever seen enough snow to ski on and I really don't know that I'd be able to handle it! haha

  2. Very smart for teaching the girls young! I laughed so hard, because I had a similar experience – took me about two hours to come down a slope cause I side stepped the whole way down, cursing my then fiance the whole way down! I was so mad at him. He promised me it was a little slope. It was NOT. I had been just fine having a good ole time on the bunny slope when he decided I needed to bump it up a notch. We don't ski together anymore! LOL.

  3. There is nothing wrong with crying while skiing. I have been doing it for years. Growing up so close to Tahoe, I learned to ski young. Your husband is right. It is better to start them early.
My recent post my kind of diet
