My word of the year last year was more exciting than it looked. I picked “schedule.” It doesn’t look very exciting, does it? But read the poem I wrote to go along with my word!
How did you do on your 2014 word of the year? What will this year’s word be? Last year, we wrote an acrostic poem to go along with our word, but this year a poem is totally optional!
Link up your post with your 2015 Word of the Year right here on The Spin Cycle! I’ll tell you my new word on Friday.
Copy and paste the code from my sidebar on the right to add some Spin Cycle bling to your post! Do you want to read last year’s word? Here’s a link to my Word of the Year for 2014, including the linky to some of your Words of the Year. (Linky Tools lost your images, but the links still work!)

Great word of the year and will be totally linking up this week for sure with you now 😉
All linked up now and thanks again for hosting this week!! 🙂
My 2014 was a disappointment for me, so 2015’s word is “succeed”!
2014 turned out to be rough. My word for 2015 is “happiness”!
Well look at that! I have my post all linked up.
I love schedule… I love that you had such an intentional word and the poem describes it perfectly!!!! I am still ruminating on my ONE word, but I have quite a resolve that has many words!
Happy 2015 my friend!! Can’t wait to read YOUR one word for the New Year!
I worked on my post over break, so I should have it edited and up by Tuesday night!
Pingback: I have read a lot of self confidence quotes lately, but when Rebecca sent this one in for our Word Art Wednesday it instantly resonated with me. So much so that I am adopting it as my motivational quote for 2015.
Great word choice and I love how you made a quote from it! Great way to stay motivated too! My word choice for this year is SIMPLIFY. Happy New Year Ginny!

Love your word and your poem. I hope you find the time to escape into a good book every once is a while.
You really knocked it out, Ginny. Well done.
My word is pizza.
No, I’m not serious. It’s debauchery.
No! That’s not it at all. It’s gluttony.
I can be serious, I swear.
How about … do?
This is the year I will put my vision into play.
