Last Friday, some of you may have thought I was lost! I didn’t get my Word of 2015 published until well into the evening! By the way, it’s still not summer here. It is snowing as I type, and we are supposed to get about two more inches tonight. I’ve lost my enthusiasm for snow. I don’t know what happened; I used to love snow! I need to pull myself together and start loving snow again because hey, I live in Illinois. We’re going to get snow.
What have you lost? Have you lost something precious to you? Have you lost yourself in a book or a movie? Or have you just lost yourself? Did you find what was lost?
This week’s prompt on The Spin Cycle is lost. How will you spin the word lost? I’ll post my Spin on lost this Friday.
In 2015, I’d like to get the Spin Cycle grow. Here are some ways you can help:
- Write a Spin Cycle post any day this week and link it up here!
- Copy the code for the Spin Cycle button on my sidebar and paste it in your Spin or include a link back here in your post so that your readers will be able to find more Spins.
- Send me a tweet @lemondroppie when your post is up!
[Tweet “I linked up with the #SpinCycle this week!”]
- Sign up for my newsletter to get the Spin Cycle Prompt in your inbox.
Link your Spins here; I can’t wait to read your writing!
Aww, trust me I have totally been there with the lost feeling you described and definitely a great prompt for this upcoming week.
I have lost myself periodically throughout the years. Great prompt!

I’ll have to really think about this one.
And I’ve really lost a love for snow. Although I like snow days, like today. I like them because it means to go back to bed and not have to do four drives in all to drop off and pick up two kids.
But.
It also means I barely get anything done all day!
