I haven’t written Random Tuesday Thoughts for a while…is it like riding a bike? Can I hop back on the RTT bandwagon? Hmmm…
I had a most delicious, greasy patty melt with the best grilled onions for dinner, followed by a ton of fries. Now I want a big ol’ bowl of vanilla ice cream. I really shouldn’t…. C’mon, I ate that patty melt hours ago!
A way to reduce stress is to have a clutter-free house. It’s supposed to be good to have clutter-free spaces to rest your eyes. I would love to have a clutter-free house; clutter is annoying. But trying to clear the clutter is stressing me out! What good is that?
I am going through book withdrawal right now. I usually have a book on my nightstand, waiting for me to pick it up at bedtime. Right now, there is no book waiting for me. So sad! The last book I read was The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, by Mary Ann Shaffer. When I first opened it, I realize it was a book written in letter form. I thought, “Meh.” That type of book has never been my favorite. But I had nothing else to read, so I started it. It was a lovely, lovely book! A MUST READ! I am totally cheating by putting a plug in for a book, which I would normally save for a “book nook” post, but I haven’t had any book nooks for a while, either.

I loved this book!
Speaking of books, Kimberly Zook of Zook’s Book Nook has launched a new blog and literary e-Zine called The Motherhood Muse. Kimberly writes on the new blog:
“The Motherhood Muse is a community for mothers and writers. My name is Kimberly Zook, and I am the creator of The Motherhood Muse. I’m a mother and a writer wishing to connect with mothers and writers who are journeying through motherhood and wishing to draw nature into their lives.”
Kim is a wonderful writer, and I’m excited about her new ventures. I hope you go read more about what she has to say!
This return to Random Tuesday Thoughts was brought to you by Keely at The Un-Mom!
Trying to declutter stresses me out too. Big time. That book sounds like a good one, as does the new site!
Whenever I start to declutter, I end up procrastinating…and get back onthe computer to read blogs! Not very productive…
Oh to have a clutter-free house. Some day. Hopefully. The thought of all the work to de-clutter stresses me out. I could sure use Mission: Organization come organize for me. Wonder if they'd do a whole house? ;)I'll have to add that book to my list! :)Happy RTT! :)Recent blog:=- Random Tuesday Thoughts – Girls Weekend with Pumpkins, Corn Stalks and Meatballs
Yep, an uncluttered home does wonders for me. I swear I can breathe better when my home is in order like I want it to be. I try not to go overboard but it's kind of tricky for me. What can I say, I'm a neat freak……..who tries very hard not to make her family crazy because of it. LOL!Happy RTT!Recent blog:=- RTT!
welcome back to the darkside, ehem, I mean RTT…The house might be cluttered but a good Random Tuesday can surely unclutter the brain ;)Recent blog:=- Random Tuesday Time Machine
Let me tell you, I feel much better about my clutter after watching Hoarders on A & E. Also patty melts and ice-cream…yum. Welcome back to the RTT.Recent blog:=- Jumpy Sugar Sweats and Random Tuesday Thoughts
I'm pretty sure it's not possible for either of us to have a clutter free house for AT LEAST eighteen more years. Maybe sixteen. Clutter drives me nuts and I always try to fight the battle and lose. Recent blog:=- Random Tuesday Thoughts: Chomp Or Be Chomped
I've been wondering about the zero thing. Some sites I can't leave comments on either and no idea why.A good book: The Outlander Series (7 so far) from Diana Gabaldon,Night Train to Lisbon by Frank Mercier. If you pop by my site and click the I'm Reading tab I list a bunch of recent reads. I'm snagging your blog button btw, I used to have it and it disappeared.(Hopefully this works, I have lots of problems witht he JS Kit comments sites)
Sorry that should have been Pascal Mercier. No idea why I said Frank!
Thanks for the book ideas! I did get your comment! I think I'm going backto Blogger comments, but I haven't had the time to work on it yet. JS-Kithasn't been very helpful!
